June 2022 Market Stats: Will the homebuyer protection period still come into effect?

June 2022 Market Statistics:

Properties Sold: 612

Active Listings: 2,059

Benchmark Condominium: $643,100

Benchmark Single Family Home: $1,464,400

In June we saw another increase in active listings (2,059) from the previous month (1,776). ⁣

Coupled with interest rates, the increase in inventory is taking pressure off the market; however, conversations around the need for more housing supply remain relevant. ⁣

I’m always happy to talk about the market and answer any questions you may have.
