Prior to becoming a Realtor, Alex was the branch manager for the second-largest building material distributor in North America and the youngest branch manager in Canada. This role gave him extensive knowledge of Victoria’s developing areas and refined his skillset as an effective negotiator and exceptional client service provider.

Ricki-Lee has a background in public relations, with a passion for helping people and building relationships that strengthen the community and foster improvement. She loves working behind the scenes and managing the details.
Ricki-Lee moved to Victoria from Winnipeg in 2017 because she had always dreamed of living by the ocean and she still pinches herself daily! She spent six years working in the not-for-profit sector in Victoria and has a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Manitoba and a Diploma in Public Relations from the University of Victoria.
