Alex loves helping people win. He rises to new challenges and shows up in the spirit of service in all aspects of life. He quickly fell in love with real estate and the opportunity to help his clients achieve their home ownership goals.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Alex was the branch manager for the second-largest building material distributor in North America and the youngest branch manager in Canada. This role gave him extensive knowledge of Victoria’s developing areas and refined his skillset as an effective negotiator and exceptional client service provider.

Ricki-Lee has a background in public relations, with a passion for helping people and building relationships that strengthen the community and foster improvement. She loves working behind the scenes and managing the details.

Steven brings a background in luxury sales, creative production, and client relations to his work in real estate. His professional endeavours began in custom jewellery, where he co-founded a sister company to his family’s business, led national teams across Canada, and built a strong foundation in business operations and client trust. He later expanded his career into photography, film production, and award-winning visual effects.
