Sunshine is on the radar for this Labour Day Weekend in Victoria, BC, and we’ll be soaking up as much as we can!

Peninsula
Grab coffee and a bite at the Fickle Fig Farm Market, featuring seasonable, sustainable, local and organic farm produce and products from North Saanich.
Enjoy live music, local farm goods, and community vendors at the Saanich Fair, from August 31 to September 2 on Stelly’s Cross Road. Tickets are $15 per adult and $10 per youth, which gives you access to the Thrifty Foods Community Stage that will host performances by Aston Martini, Fleetwood Magic, Jon & Roy, and Streetheart.
Happy Hour at Sea Cider Farm & Ciderhouse from 4pm-6pm, reserve your spot to enjoy a cider from ten-acres of organic farm and orchard on the Saanich Peninsula.
Core
Stop at Habit Coffee for a pick-me-up and sweet treat, with two downtown locations and plenty of Victoria businesses repped on the menu–you can’t go wrong. Then hit up Songhees Walkway for a gorgeous stroll along the water.
Patio season is far from over! Hit up Phillips Brewing Co.’s Dinosour Patio Party on August 30, with food from Big Boss Tacos, live music, and prizes!
Watch the BC Lions play against the Ottawa REDBLACKS for Touchdown Pacific hosted at Royal Athletic Park. The game is taking place on August 31, with a BC Lions Backyard Watch Party at Central Park where fans can enjoy the game day atmosphere and catch the game on the big screen.
Westshore
Savour a cup of FIX! Coffee at the Coffee Shack Westshore, and grab an Empire Donut while you’re at it! Local coffee and donuts—the perfect pair.
Check out the Goldstream Farmers Market, “where everything is homemade, handmade, or homegrown”, each Saturday from 10:00am-2:00pm you can stock up on local goods alongside live music.
Set up at Herm Williams Park on Friday, or Lagoon West Park on Saturday, for Colwood Music in the Park from 5:30-7:30pm.
